The time it takes to charge an electric car using Charli Charging depends on the size of the battery and the charging rate. Generally, our chargers can add 20-30 miles of range per hour of charging.

Our EV charging stations are located throughout Portland, Seattle, and Los Angeles. You can find them on our website or through our Android App or IOS App.

How do I start a charing session?
You will need to download the Charli app to start the process. You can find links for downloading here:

After you've downloaded the app, follow the prompts to enter your payment information into the profile section, then navigate to the payment section of the app and scan the QR code on the charger. Once it's scanned, you're set to plug in and start charging.
What to do if you have problems with one of our chargers? Part 1
If you're having problems at one of our charging stations try the following steps:

- Make sure to download our app and create an account! Our app is the central way to interact with our chargers.
- Make sure that you've scanned the QR code while in the pay section of our app and not through your phone's camera directly.
What to do if you have problems with one of our chargers? Part 2
-Make sure that you're connected to Bluetooth. In some of our locations (such as parking garages), wifi connectivity can be challenging. Temporarily turning off the wifi while ensuring that Bluetooth is on will often solve the issue.

- If you're still running into issues, you can try deleting and reinstalling our app.
